Clinical Development Director Laurent Ecochard was born with Moebius syndrome, a rare disorder that inhibits facial muscle movements. Although he cannot show a smile on his face, Ecochard often smiles deep inside and expresses his feelings with his voice and body. The Diversability Employee Resource Group which he founded 10 years ago today enables associates with disabilities to speak up and share their stories – for the benefit of all.
