In 2021, Sabine Adler wanted to learn how to share her career and personal insights in a more systematic way. This led her to train as a coach and join PowerUp community, which aims to democratize coaching by offering this service to any associate in need of advice. The program welcomes questions ranging from day-to-day challenges to the more profound, such as: “What does having a career mean for you?”
