An old manor, magic and medicine

This animation film, which was made in collaboration with Docmine, tells the story of Basel’s city quarter Klybeck, where more than a century ago the first color dye companies, including the predecessors of Novartis, set up shop. A stronghold of industrial manufacturing, Klybeck soon became a hotspot of pharmaceutical innovation with the development of a series of breakthrough medicines.
