Time for coaching

As the business world is getting increasingly complex, we may often find ourselves in demanding situations. In such circumstances, talking to a coach might offer a solution. In our new mini-series about the internal coaching Employee Research Group PowerUp, we are talking to some of the drivers of the program, including Chief P&O Officer Rob Kowalski, who is a big supporter of this self-driven venture and believes that it is time – for everyone – to take up coaching.
