Access to healthcare is a global challenge, not just limited to low- and middle-income countries. In the US city of Baltimore, Novartis is working with the Global Coalition on Aging to develop new models to help Black Americans improve their heart health. In addition to the Black Church, urban farmers and chefs are also part of this unique holistic effort that unites healthcare professionals with dedicated caregivers.
