When Novartis started its cultural transformation more than 4 years ago, a small group of associates – Ivonna Demme, Olga Apryshkina, Mauricio Campos and Antonio Mazzariello - kick-started the coaching network powerup to help associates overcome the challenges of the transition. With dozens of coaches and hundreds of coachees, the network today offers everything from speedy answers to daily problems to transformative career advice. And, it’s all self-driven.
