It took a glimpse of the pharmaceutical industry during a university professional training program for Dianne Auclair Rocha to know she wanted a career that impacts people's health. The U.S. Therapeutic Area Head for Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic still remembers how coaching a junior field hockey team was her first a-ha moment about the importance of helping others grow. Since then, creating clarity defines her leadership style that is focused on supporting people to excel.
