Shortly after starting her career as a physician, Bimba Hv saw a pediatric HIV patient she could not help. It was when she realized the urgency for new and better medicines, prompting her to join the pharmaceutical industry in the clinical trial space. Choosing clinical research over clinical practice was shocking to many around her, but Hv has no regrets. What keeps her going is her dedication to develop new cures that could help patients around the world.
