How's your job?
The career of Reshema Kemps-Polanco, who runs the commercial oncology business for Novartis in the United States, has taken many turns. But even as some of these twists might seem surprising, she says that, in hindsight, what kept her going all these years was the early realization that she has a service mindset – and that she is open to change.
