A nature lover and ennvironmental activist, Caroline Keller has been a member of the Novartis Basel Green Team for a long time. As part of this grass roots employee group, Keller, together with her colleagues, has been instrumental in enhancing the environmental agenda of Novartis. Foremost, she believes that small behavioral changes can have a big impact.
