Paola Castillo Fuentes not only moved up the career ladder swiftly, working her way from an internship at Novartis Mexico to the Environmental Sustainability Office in Basel in under two years. Her can-do attitude and passion for environmental sustainability, which prompted her to launch the grassroots initiative Green Team Mexico, proved instrumental in her selection to attend the prestigious One Young World summit in 2019. Leveraging her expertise and experience, Fuentes now helps groom prospective talents that the company needs to drive its sustainable transformation forward.
