At the age of nine, Jerh Collins was blown away by the beauty of diversity when he first left his home in Ireland and visited New York. A few years later, he got curious about HR and culture after passing a series of psychometric tests at the start of his 25-year career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. As Chief Culture Officer at Novartis, Collins is now finally focusing on leadership and D&I topics that have always been dear to his heart.
