Dolly Mohanani learned about the challenges of gays and lesbians in India very early in her life when her relatives were bubbling with suspicions and theories about an unmarried family member. Ever since, she has been a supporter of the LGBTQI community, accepting people the way they are and loving them for who they are, not judging them. When she joined Novartis Hyderabad in 2015, she got involved in an Employee Resource Group to create a “new normal” for LGBTQI people in India.
