A chance to recover

Lee Clough's interest in working at the bedside was inspired by her family`s decades-long dedication to care for the sick. As a pediatric nurse, she soon realized the crucial role that apheresis – the first step of CAR T-cell and other therapies - can play in giving patients a chance to recover. With her brother being one of the oldest surviving cell transplant patients, Clough`s motivation to contribute to life-saving techniques is unwavering. Listen to Lee Clough talk about the importance of education and collaboration, and how not even language barriers can stand in the way of advancing therapies.
